The 4th Jeju Chuja-Do Yellow Corvina Festival will be held there from Aug. 5 to 7.
Participants can experience tying strings of yellow corvina together and take the finished items home. For 10,000 won, people can make salted sea food, too. Other experience programs include catching conch, rowing a traditional Jeonma ship, catching fish with bare your hands, and so on. In addition, there will be other events including a ship parade and fireworks.

To participate in the Chuja Island festival, use Hanil Car Ferry (064-751-5050 or 064-742-8364) or Pink Dolphin (064-758-4233 or 064-742-3513) running once a day between Jeju and Chuja.
The cost is between 10,000 won and 12,500 won per person each way, 5,000 won for Jeju residents.
