Seogwipo Lifelong Study Center Program in November
Application period: Until Oct. 31.
Eligibility: People over 18
Program: Making tteok (Korean rice cake), calligraphy, and computer lesson of basic Excel
How to apply: Visit the center. (First come, first served. In case of the proxies, one should bring the ID of the applicant.)
