No.20 Seo Dong Hyeon
With 2 goals in his last 3 appearances, and 5 in his last 6 (including an FA Cup game), Seo has been on somewhat of a mild hot streak. He has picked up his game when key players haven’t been on the pitch like Robert and Jair. Also to note is that the last time these two teams met Seo scored two of the Orange’s three goals.

No.9 Kevin Oris
This Belgian striker has been Daejeon’s leading scorer all season long. In fact, during the Citizen’s 3-0 trouncing of Seongnam on June 23 (Daejeon’s most recent win), it was Oris who netted the first goal at the 3-minute mark. If he scores early, expect this struggling team to be flying high on confidence.

Overview
The last time these two teams met was April 1 for a K-League match where Jeju made the Citizen’s look like the fools in their own stadium with a 3-0 beating.
With just a simple glance at the standings it looks like this should be a pretty easy three points for Jeju United, but the standings belie the fact that over the last five games both teams have played pretty much the same.
Due to last month’s downward spiral Jeju are now only 6 points from being in ninth place, which would put them out of K-League cup contention. United need this win as a buffer from being knocked out of the top eight while also keeping them in the running for the top spot.
Though Daejeon are in second last what that doesn’t tell you is that really only means they are 10 points from sitting in the top eight. With a good solid push through the rest of the season they could have a chance of contending for the cup (but chances of that happening, now past halfway of the season, are slim).
