Jeju Furey Foundation held a festival in Hamduk Seoubong beach on May 26. This festival's purpose was donation for poor people who live in Jeju. This festival was a beach volleyball contest with expats living in Jeju.
And the cost to join in this festival will be donated. The Jeju Weekly junior journalists have interviewed three people in Hamduk Seoubong beach on May 26th to know people's thought of this festival.
According to these interviews, some participants didn't know well about the purpose of this festival. Terryn Harbour who is an English teacher from South Africa knew the purpose of this festival exactly but other two people didn't know well about the purpose. Some of them knew it just as fun. And one of them, didn't participate in this game. They have mentioned that it’s fun but also tired.
In the next time, it will be better if the participants know its purpose and enjoy the festival. Also, if more people can participate in this contest, donation will increase. Many people was looked tired, however, they looked to relax at comfortable place in Jeju.
