I was wandering around with my camera on my tripod saying to myself 'foreground/middle ground/background,' trying to find a place to set up and all ready to shoot the what-turned-out-to-be epic finale of the fire festival, when I saw these three camera men perched on top of a news bus.
"A silhouette," I thought, "that would be a nice object of interest to add to the shot." Before I knew it, fireworks were flying through the air and I was shooting away, hoping to catch a good shot with bursts of light in the air.
The oreum was then lit from the bottom and soon the fireworks stopped, yet the best part of the night was just ahead, the quite dangerous yet spectacular field aflame, welcoming in a new harvest and fertile spring.
