Nine students and four teachers from Huadong Zhengfa University High School visited Daejeong Girl's High School as part of an international exchange from July 17 to 23.

Local students held a welcoming ceremony with videos, traditional music, dance, exhibitions and language exchanges.

Chinese students experienced homestays as part of a reciprocal program which saw 10 Daejeong girls experience homestays in China last year. The schools have been sister schools since 2011.

The Chinese delegation made the most of their trip, also visiting Mt. Hallasan, Seongsan Ilchulbong and Jungmun Beach. It is hoped that through the program both Koreans and Chinese can develop mutual understanding and friendship.
