* This article is written by a Korean middle school student.

On July 24, I visited ‘Jeju Aerospace Museum(JAM) to know about international middle school students who participated from diverse nations for 2014 International Space Camp. 2014 International Space Camp is organized by The Korea Aerospace Research Institute(KARI) for 4 days, July 22 to 25 in JAM.

About 100 International middle school students from Korea, Japan, Bangladeshi, Chinese, Vietnam and more had gathered to experience international relationship and experimental spirit on aerospace technologies.

I joined with them when they went out to Songaksan Mt. for exploring Jeju. Songaksan is located in western beach in Seogwipo city. Especially Dullegil which means the way around of the mountain, was the chosen place to explore. The weather was very damp and hot tough due to location of seaside. While I was walking there, I thought that whether it could be difficult to stay in a country. Also, I was curious how they felt about this camp.
On the way I talked with Janita, 14 years old from Thailand. She said, ‘No, I am going to the international school. So, I can express myself.” She continued, “It was nice, I could learn different cultures.”
The trip of 2 hours had finished and arrived at Aerospace hotel where those international students stay.

I talked with Ku Miyashita and Yamada Masahiro, both of them are 14 years old. To my question, they said, ‘Making the water rocket was the most fun thing.”

We had buffet as lunch. We thanked the manager, Kim Youngjin from JAM. He said “Any time, come and enjoy our museum.” I could learn that even though we are from different countries, cultures and looks, all we can grow together for the future. It was a nice and pleasant trip for me.
