The Jeju Weekly is going through a period of expansion and is looking to add to its talented team of writers and photographers.
While Jeju issues will remain at our core, in the months ahead you will see the paper delving into national and even international issues.
To manage this growth, we need more people on our team to produce high-quality content in the months ahead.
In addition to being paid for the work you produce, writing for The Jeju Weekly is a unique chance to get to know the island better.
Jeju Island is full of interesting people from artists and businesspeople to footballers and activists. By working with the paper, you can meet these people and share their stories with the world.
Working for a small newspaper also provides invaluable experience in local media that could be beneficial to you in your future career. You can also use your journalism as a way of exploring island issues close to your heart in more depth.
More than just a CV booster, working with The Jeju Weekly can help you gain a more meaningful island experience.
