Jeju-si has announced that a free wireless internet service will be provided in more public facilities.

Over the past two years, after an agreement with the Ministry of Science, ICT, and Future Planning, the city has established public Wifi in 123 locations in partnership with mobile communication service providers.

Ninety-five additional sites have been added this year including traditional markets, shopping districts, and welfare facilities.

Titled ‘Public Wifi Free’, users can use the wireless connection service on smartphones, tablet PCs, and other devices free of charge.
