Children living in the Korea-Japan coastal area, including residents of Jeju Island, will take part in the Children’s Environmental Education Program from July 24 through 26. A total of about 90 children will attend the event in Yamaguchi, Japan.

Participants will visit a Ramsar designated wetland in Japan and conduct discussion on how to protect the environment. The program is designed to educate the young generation on the importance of environmental issues.
