Some people claim that some Asian people can easily do it because they eat while sitting on the floor and use the squat toilet.
One American living in Japan said “when I squat, I always do it on the tip of my toes and my Japanese friend told me that's why I get tired so quickly, but I feel imbalanced when I do it their way. I guess practice makes perfect.”
Yes, practice makes perfect. Unlike people in the video, there are some westerners who can do that.
If you are planning to travel around Asian countries, you may have to try the asian squat when you respond the call of the nature.
